age 84, of Centerville, formerly of Kettering, passed away Monday March 20, 2006 at Kettering Medical Center. Steven was a member of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church. He attended Notre Dame and received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois. In New York City he served as the General Manager of the United Engineering Center, and then was recruited by Eugene Kettering to manage the Engineering and Science Foundation of Dayton. He served his country in the United States Marine Corps as a 2nd Lt. during WWII. Steven enjoyed bridge, and achieved his Bridge Master points, along with fishing and photography. He was preceded in death by his 2 brothers, Anthony and Peter. Steven is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Christine “Tina”; 3 children, Patricia A. (Kip) Steveley of MI, William S. (Jill) of Columbus and Janice (Steven) Cole of Centerville; 6 grandchildren, Allison, Leslie, Katherine, Alexander, Christopher and Scott. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 24, 2006 at 10:00 AM at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 500 Belmonte Park North., with Father Mark Emroll officiating. Burial in Woodland Cemetery. Family will receive friends Thursday from 5-8:00 PM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville, with Trisagion prayers at 7:00 PM with family remembrances to follow. In memory of Steven, contributions may be made to the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 500 Belmonte Park North, Dayton, OH 45405, or to the Diabetes Association, 1 Elizabeth Place Suite 180, Dayton, OH 45423.
