Sylvia H. Smith

SMITH, Sylvia H. age 85, of Clearwater, Florida, formally of Dayton passed away Thursday, May 18, 2006 at the Harbourwood Nursing Center in Clearwater, FL. Sylvia was a member of the Northwood Presbyterian Church in Clearwater and a member of the Elizabeth Circle at the church and was past moderator of Presbyterian Woman of Northwood. Sylvia was Past Matron of Dayton Victory Chapter #594 O.E.S. and a member of Dunedin Chapter of O.E.S. She also was past President of the Women’s Club of Clearwater. Survivors Include: 2 daughters, Elaine Mattingly of Pearland, TX and Sharon Hodges of Clearwater, FL; 1 brother, Otis Morrow of Dayton; 4 sisters, Nina Martin of Asbury Park, NJ, Lexie Baughman of Centerville, Glenda Evans of Dayton and Grace Smith of Paoli, IN.; 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandsons. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday May 22, 2006 at the Routsong Funeral Home 81 N. Main St. in Centerville with Rev. David W. Crapnell officiating. Burial will be in Miami Valley Memory Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM.
