Thacker K Lawson

LAWSON, Thacker K., 91, of Columbus, IN, formerly of Dayton passed away on January 31, 2008. Mr. Lawson retired as manager of a State Liquor Store. He was a member of the Shroyer Road Baptist Church, A.A.S.R., Mystic Lodge #405 and was active at the Lathrem Senior Center. Mr. Lawson was preceded in death by his daughter, Angela Sue Lawson; sisters, Louise Walters, Virginia Crabtree, Verna Lawson, Jewell Williams and Evelyn Hazelbaker; brothers, Woodrow and Bernie Lawson. He is survived by his wife, Virginia E. Lawson; brothers, Maynard, Oliver, Gene and Allard Lawson and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM on Saturday, February 9 at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd. Kettering with Rev. Ken Damon of the Shroyer Road Baptist Church officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to service. Burial will be in David's Cemetery.
