age 69, of Oakwood, passed away, Thursday, April 10, 2003. He has been a resident of Oakwood for over 61 years. Thomas was a graduate of Oakwood H.S. and the University of Cincinnati. He worked as an accountant with NCR, Mead Corp., First National Bank and, for 20 years, at Sinclair Community College where he retired in 1998. Thomas was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Dayton, where he served in many capacities . He represented Sinclair Community College in the Dayton Ministries in Higher Education. Thomas served on the Boards of the Dayton Christian Center, Ohio Baptist Convention and Judson Village in Cincinnati. He served as treasurer for the Dayton Round Table Club. Preceded in death by his parents, Albert H. Jr. and Bernice Stoner; and several aunts and uncles. Survived by his wife of 42 years, Marion Morris Stoner; two sons and daughters-in-law, Albert H. Stoner III and Susan, and Dr. Edward W. Stoner and Elyse; grandsons, Albert H. Stoner IV and Mitchell Morris Stoner; sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Bill West; 2 nieces, a nephew, and several cousins. Memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 19 at the First Baptist Church of Dayton, 111 W. Monument Ave., in Dayton with Dr. Richard Bausman officiating. Family will greet friends one hour prior to memorial service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to, First Baptist Church Memorial Fund, 111 W. Monument Ave. Dayton, OH 45402.
