FARMER, Thomas C., “Tom” age 72, of Centerville passed away unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, December 25, 2007. Tom was a member of Far Hills Baptist Church and currently attending Fairhaven Church. He was a 1954 graduate of Jellico High School in Jellico, TN. At the age of 18, Tom started parking cars in downtown Dayton to later become Co-owner of Parking Management Inc.(PMI). Tom was active in the National Kidney Foundation, a member of Sertoma, the John Durst Masonic Lodge, a Shriner and a long time member of Sycamore Creek Country Club. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ollie Mae Farmer in 1992, daughter, Deborah K. Tolliver in 1994, sister, Vivian Farmer and brothers, Lejeune and Wayne Farmer. Tom is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Donna and David G. McFarland of Centerville; grandson, Matthew David Stanley; fiancée, Carolyn Nelson of Kettering; honorary son, Bradley F. Nelson of Chicago; sister, Annette McMillan and a host of family and friends. He was a loving and giving person who never expected anything in return. Tom was a loving husband, father and grandfather with a strong faith in Jesus. Visitation will be held Sunday, December 30, 2007 from 5-7:00 PM with funeral services at 7:00 PM at Fairhaven Church 637 E. Whipp Rd., Centerville, OH 45459. Burial in Miami Valley Memory Gardens at 10 AM Monday December 31, 2007. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Fairhaven Building Fund, 637 E. Whipp Rd., Centerville, OH 45459.
