WHITEHEAD, Thomas D. Jr. “TJ”, age 18, of Centerville passed away Thursday, November 17, 2005. TJ was a graduate of Centerville High School and a member of Centerville United Methodist Church. He worked as a carpenter, loved music and was a friend of Bill W. TJ is survived by his mother, Cheryl (Greg) Crabtree of Centerville, father, Thomas (Darcie) Whitehead Sr. of Trotwood; brothers, William Gage Whitehead, Scotty Crabtree and Lee Crabtree; grandparents, Bill and Ann Jack and John and Jean Kegley; step-grandparents, Vernon and June Crabtree and Jack and Sharon Wray; aunt, Susan Jack; first cousin, Jodi Marie; cousin, Jeremy Fuhrman and special girlfriend, Chelsie McCloskey. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 22, 2005 at 11:00 AM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville with, Dr. Steven Fewell, Dr. James Dunaway and Pastor Roger Wright officiating. Burial in Centerville Cemetery. Family will receive friends Monday from 5 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. In memory of TJ, contributions may be made to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Fourth and Race Tower, 105 W.
