age 52, of Washington Twp., passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2002. He attended the University of Dayton and served two years in the U.S. Navy in Vietnam. Thomas was employed as a sales associate for Pay Days Auto Sales. He attended St. Henry's Catholic Church. Thomas was formerly of Cleveland moving to Dayton where he resided for over 19 years. Preceded in death by parents, Ted and Charolette Kukla; mother-in-law, Ruth H. Riedl. Survived by his wife of 19 years, Janice; three sons, Christopher Michael, Jeffrey Alan, and Kevin Kukla; father-in-law, John J. Riedl; 2 sisters, Margaret and her husband, Ed Cole, Ann Marie and her husband, Al Kristof; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Henry's Catholic Church, 6666 Springboro Pike, Miami Twp., Saturday, at 10:00 AM. Entombment in Calvary Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 5:00 - 8:00 PM, Friday at the Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St. Centerville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to, ALD Research Foundation at Kennedy Krieger Institute, 707 N. Broadway, Room 500, Baltimore, MD 21205.
