Thomasa Jane Bossong

BOSSONG, Thomasa Jane, 90 of Washington Township died Wednesday, November 05, 2008 at Brighton Gardens. Thomasa earned her degree from the University of Cincinnati and became an English teacher for the Cincinnati Public Schools and was devoted to literature throughout her life. She also volunteered for the Red Cross during WWII and again later in her life. She was a member of the Centerville United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Clifford F. Bossong. Thomasa is survived by her sons: Kip, Bob, and Jon Bossong; Bob's children: Amy (Mike) Hershner, Kelly (Kelly) North, and Brad Bossong. The family would like to express their sincere thanks to the staff at Brighton Gardens and Crossroads Hospice for their care and support. Family and friends will gather from 5-6:00PM on Friday, November 7th at the Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main Street, Centerville, where a memorial service will begin at 6:00PM.
