Vera Theresa Pacey

PACEY, Vera T., age 80 of Kettering entered into her eternal home on Sunday, November 18, 2007 at Hospice of Dayton. She was a member of Centerville Grace Brethren Church. Vera was a 1945 graduate of Fairview High School and a 1949 graduate of Miami University. She was a Supervisor of the Performing Arts Division for the City of Dayton Parks and Recreation. Vera was a member of the Republican National Committee and the Dayton Performing Arts. She was preceded in death by her parent Frank M. Pacey Sr., brother Frank Pacey Jr. and sister Ida Mantia and step- father, Calvin Mayne. Vera is survived by mother Vera J. Mayne of Kettering and her brother Norman C. (Terry) Mayne of Centerville; sisters, Angela Pacey of Centerville Charline (Everett) Chambers and Mary (Wesley) Hieb of Centerville; 3 nephews; 10 nieces; great nephews and nieces and great-great nieces. Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 24, 2007 at 10:00 AM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering with Dr. Greg Ryerson and Pastor Steve Makofka co-officiating. Burial in David�s Cemetery. Family will greet friends from 4-8:00 PM Friday at the funeral home. If desired, contributions may be made to a charity of choice. For more details of Vera T.
