Victor O. Weaver

WEAVER, Victor O., age 92, of Dayton, OH passed away on Friday, June 15, 2018. Victor was born to the late Oak and Hazel Louise (nee Arnold) Weaver on July 28, 1925 in Brookville, OH. He graduated from Northmont High School and served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII. Victor retired from The Sperry and Hutchinson Company and worked for many years later in life at Routsong Funeral Home. His love for life was noticed and admired by all. A great passion of Victor throughout the years was Ball Room Dancing. He spent many long nights researching new moves, choreographing and bring his passion to life on the dance floor. Victor will be missed dearly by those who knew him. He is preceded in death by his sister, Trula Randall; and brothers, Edsel and William Weaver. Victor was survived by his daughter, Jill Parker; son, Douglass Weaver; 4 grandchildren, Steven, Jamee, Douglas & Christine and several great-grandchildren. The family will greet friends from 9:00am-11:00am on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd. Kettering, OH with a funeral service to follow at the funeral home starting at 11:00am. Burial will be held at Dayton National Cemetery.
