BAKER, Virginia B. (nee Biddinger), age 89 of Pompano Beach, FL passed away, Friday, November 29, 2002 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born March 13, 1913 in Faribault, MN and grew up in Little Falls, MN. Virginia graduated from Billings High School, BPTI/Rocky Mountain College (Billings, MT) and the University of Minnesota. She taught business courses at Pine City and Faribault, MN high schools. Virginia married Ronald D. Baker on June 4, 1939. In 1946 they moved to Dayton, OH, later residing in Oakwood and Kettering. She was former President of the College Women's Club of Dayton and member of Dayton Women's Club. Virginia was lifetime member of the National Reining Horse Association. Preceded in death by her husband, Ronald D. Baker in 1993 and her son R. David Baker Jr. in 1991. Survived by two daughters, Marna Faye 'Susie' and her husband A.B. Johnson of IN; Mariclaire 'Mimi' and her husband William Borowy of Dayton; son, Douglas W. Baker of Dayton; two grandsons, Jeff A.Dunkelberger (Caitlin Garvey), and Christopher D. Johnson; and granddaughter, Holly Anne Johnson. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2002 at 10:00 AM at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 272 Bainbridge St., Dayton, with Father Rick Friebel officiating. Family will receive friends, Monday, December 2, from 4-8:00 PM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering.
