Virginia D. O'Neill

O’NEILL, Virginia D., age 96, formerly of Moraine, passed away Sunday, February 20, 2005, at Heartland of Miamisburg. She was a graduate of Oakwood High School, where she was an outstanding athlete and received an award for field hockey. Virginia was a graduate of Miami Jacobs College. She retired from DP&L after 40 years of service. Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Luella O’Neill; brothers, Sherman, Harry and William O’Neill; sisters, Glendolyn O’Neill, Marguerite Short and Evelyn Kittredge and her niece, Julie Hentzell. She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Tom and Joanne Kittredge, Mike and Carolyn Kittredge, William O’Neill, Harry and Edwina O’Neill, Nancy Hoffman and Kay Nelson. A memorial service will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday, March 1, 2005 at Zion Memorial United Church of Christ, 4000 S. Dixie Dr., Dayton with Rev. Lisa Ellison officiating.
