Virginia L. Vehorn

VEHORN, Virginia(Ginny) L., age 88, of Beavercreek, passed away Tuesday, March 16, 2010. Born in Pennville, IN., Ginny was a member of the last class to graduate from Steele High School, 1940. She was a member of, Knights of Columbus 500 Women's Auxillary, and Dayton Folk Dance Club and loved playing cards, particularly Bridge. Ginny had been a resident of Grand Court since Sept. 2003 and leaves many friends at GC. She is preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Bessie Pritchett; brothers Joseph and William; Sister Patricia Chambliss; husband Walter Vehorn; daughter Connie (Michael) Bohardt. She is survived by daughter Linda (Tom) Gudorf; grandchildren Matt & Brent Gudorf; Kristen (George) Sullivan, Doug Bohardt; and numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends. Visitation will be held Friday, March 19, 2010 from 5:00-8:00PM at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering OH. Funeral services will be held at 10:00AM on Saturday, March 20, also at the funeral home. Interment will be at Heritage Hills Cemetery.
