CADEAU, Vivian M., age 84, of Oakwood, passed away on Tuesday May 24, 2011.
Vivian was a proud Canadian born in Hamilton, Ontario. She met her husband, T. Theodore (Ted) Cadeau, while working as an assistant to a sales manager. Together they built a loving home for their five children. Vivian was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church. She enjoyed knitting, painting, reading and sewing.
Preceded in death by her husband of 41 years and her niece, Susan Farley. Vivian is survived by her son Larry Cadeau of Vancouver, BC; her daughters: Catherine (Jerry) Fagan of Franklin; Trish (Terry) Tomlinson of Kettering; Barbara (John) Bridge of Camden, ME; and Loretta (Timothy) Dunkman of Beavercreek; six grandchildren: Eric and Nicole Arntz; Sarah and Kristen Bridge; and Teddy and Nathan Dunkman; brothers: Edward (Lida) Farley and Frank (Janet) Farley; nieces, Beth and Mary Frances; and her sweet kitty “Blue”.
Family will greet friends on Friday, May 27, 2011 from 5:00-8:00PM at ROUTSONG FUNERAL HOME, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, May 28 at 9:00AM at Holy Angels Catholic Church, 1322 Brown St., Dayton, OH with Father John MacQuarrie officiating. Burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery.
