Webster ''Webb'' L. Manchester

age 86, of Kettering, passed away Wednesday, October 25, 2000. He was a 1932 graduate of Fairmont High School. Webster was the owner of Far Hills Dry Cleaners until 1973, then worked for Kettering City School District. He was a member of David's United Church of Christ, AASR, Antioch Temple, Kettering Memorial Post U.F.W. and Millenium 779 F&AM. He loved his golf and was known at the Community Golf Course for many years. Preceded in death in 1980 by his wife, Frances. Survived by 1 son, Michael, and his wife, Christy, of Kettering; 1 daughter, Linda Johnston of Columbus; 6 grandchildren, Maggie, Tim and Whitney Manchester, Brian Johnston, Dana Calland and Debbie Leach; 3 great grandchildren; and special friend, Charlotte Andrews. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. in Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering, with Rev. William Youngkin officiating. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the services in the funeral home. Burial will be in David's Cemetery, Kettering. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Burns Institute - Cincinnati Unit, Shriners Hospital for Children, 202 Goodman St., Cincinnati OH 45219.
