age 70, of Kettering, died Wednesday, August 15, 2001. He retired in 1981 as Lieutenant of General Motors Plant Security. Wells was a member of Manchester Free & Accepted Masons #317. Preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Eva Turner; 3 sisters; and 3 brothers. Survived by his wife of 48 years, Virginia Turner; his son, Jeffrey (Lisa) Turner of Bellbrook; 3 daughters, Kathy (Darren) Stanze of West Carrollton, Kristy (Jeremy) Sellers of Xenia and Kelly (Robert) Coleman of Centerville; 2 grandsons; 8 granddaughters; a great granddaughter; 2 sisters, Bernice Stetzinger and Imogene Newsom, both of Wheelersburg, Ohio; and 2 brothers, Kenneth Turner of Wheelersburg, Ohio and David Turner of Brookville, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M., Saturday, in the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering with Pastor Gary Favor officiating. Burial in Beavertown Cemetery, Kettering, Ohio.
