Wilbur J. Dieterle

DIETERLE, Wilbur J., age 85, of Kettering passed away, Tuesday, March 14, 2006 at Sunrise of Oakwood. Wilbur was a 1938 graduate of Fairview High School. He retired from NCR in 1976 after 38 years of service. During his tenure he was foreman of the special parts division. Wilbur was a life member of the Dayton Gym Club, the VFW Post #2800 and proud member of the men’s monthly poker club. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Clara Dieterle, and 2 brothers, Irvin and Charles Dieterle; He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Marianne Z. Dieterle; children, David A. (Bloomfield, Mi) Dieterle, John W. (Diane) Dieterle of Kettering and Dianne D. (Bradley ) Judge also of Kettering; grandchildren, Branda, Laura, Jillian, Mary Ann Dieterle, John and Andrew Ashbrook and Cooper and Parker Dieterle; step-grandchildren, Kyle and Ross Judge; great-grandchildren Nicole Franklin and Jayce Dieterle; and 2 sisters-in-law, Dorothy Dieterle and Estella Dieterle. The family would like to thank the staff of the Reminiscence Program at Sunrise at Oakwood and Vitas Hospice. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 18, 2006 at 10:00 AM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville. Burial in Beavertown Cemetery. Family will receive friends Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
