William George

age 83, of Kettering, passed away Sunday, October 9, 2005. George served in the Navy during WWII on the USS Vicksburg. He was a member of the American Legion, American Am Vets, VFW and Teamsters. Preceded in death by his sister, Mary Austin; two brothers, Tom and Boris George. Survived by his wife, Peggy Joyce George; two daughters, Gina (Earl) Wyatt, of Bellbrook and Malina (Chip) Mendez, of Alpharetta, GA; three grandchildren, Alexis Wyatt, Nicholas Wyatt and Nicole Mendez; two brothers, George George, of Dayton and Carl George, of Cincinnati. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, October 12, 2005 at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering with Rev. Brooks Heck officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
