“Bill”, age 88, of Centerville, passed away on Sunday, August 10, 2003. Bill was born on July 25, 1915 in Pyrmont, OH. He retired from Delco Products after 42 years of service. Bill was an active member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church for 38 years, and a 48-year member of Masonic Alpha Lodge No.729. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. Bill enjoyed sports and was a member of many bowling and golf leagues, as well as a regular participant in Senior Olympics events. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Albert and Edith; step-mother; Estelle; brother, Everett; and sisters, Eva Ney and Gladys Rabold. Survived by his wife of 54 years, Mary Katherine (Hamman); 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Bill (Jo Anne) of Paducah, KY, and Doug (Linda) of Arlington Heights, IL; 1 daughter and son-in-law, Debbie (Jim) Kiser of Mooresville, NC; 8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brother, Edwin (Miriam) of Clayton and a large extended family and many friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, August 14, 2003, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 901 E. Stroop Rd. Kettering with Rev. Thomas Prochaska officiating. Burial in Woodland Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering, Wednesday evening from 5-8:00 PM. There will be a visitation Thursday morning from 12-1:00PM at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church 901 E.
