age 58, of Kettering, passed away, Sunday, February 9, 2003. Bill was a school teacher at Milton Union schools. He was also an agent with L.S. Cassidy Insurance Co. and worked at Gold Key Homes. Bill was the former owner of Commodore Builders. He was also an agent with Western & Southern Life Insurance, Farmers & Traders, Kendell Insurance, Nelson Financial and Ison Financial. He was a member of Liberty Christian Center. Survivors include daughter, Leslie (Rick) Lucous of West Milton; son, Rex W. (Amy) Freeman of Cincinnati; two grandchildren, Derrick and Austin Lucous; fiancee, Judy Lail; parents, William and Ruby Freeman of Vandalia; three sisters, Nancy Milne, Mary Weikert and Jennifer Finley; two brothers, James and Larry Freeman. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, February 13, at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd. with Pastor Ken VanHoose officiating. Burial in Polk Grove Cemetery, Vandalia. Family will greet friends from 4-7:00 PM, Wednesday at the funeral home.
